Important note: Regarding the limit on working hours, the type of visa of the Demi Pair may define if they are allowed to work more. Currently, there is a relaxation (at the time of writing, 2/2022) on work hours limits and students have been allowed to work more than 40hrs per fortnight, this may change at any time, thus please follow the government guidelines for more updates. • be enrolled in a course of study in Australia
• hold Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), or fall in one of the exemption categories
• must be 6 years or older
• prove you have a welfare arrangement if you are under 18
• If in Australia hold an eligible substantive visa

These are just basic requirements. There are documentation and a certain amount of proof of funds you must also provide.
